ID & Diary: Every student must carry his/her diary and Identity Card/ Name Badge to school every day. The warning bell is the signal to collect in the ground and occupy assigned places.

Punctuality: Students must reach the school on time and be regular in attendance. Latecomers will be penalized with a fine.

Functions: The attendance at the school functions is compulsory.

No Short Leaves: No half-day or short leave is granted. The child may not come to school if required to be at home for a part of the day.

75% Attendance: A student must have at least 75% attendance during the year to be eligible to appear for the CBSE and Annual Examinations.

Uniform: Every student must be in neat and tidy uniform. Those in improper uniform will be fined and sent back home.

Greeting: The children should greet the teachers gracefully when they first meet them.

Language: Students are required to converse in English during the school hours.

Silence: The children must observe silence in the class and in the verandas and compound.

Cleanliness: The children must refrain from spreading litter in the school premises and grounds.

Permitted Books: No books other than the text-books or library books may be brought to the school without the permission of the Head of the School.

Purchases: Pupils are strictly forbidden from making purchases from unauthorized dealers in or near the school premises.

Valuables: The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable for the children to bring valuable articles to the School.

Property Damage: Students must not damage or disfigure school property. Parents will be liable to make good any loss or damage through willful mischief or negligence.

General Behavior: Students are responsible for their conduct inside and outside the school. Objectionable conduct outside will invite disciplinary action.

Discredit to School: Any incident outside the school bringing discredit to the institution (or legal/police action) will be severely dealt with, including possible dismissal.

Parental Openness: Parents should inform the Principal about problems their children face. Transparency helps the school build the child's character. All disclosures are kept confidential.

Mishaps & Declaration: All care is taken to avoid mishaps in buses, play areas, or trips. However, the school accepts no responsibility for unforeseen happenings. Parents must sign the admission form declaration.

Safety Guidelines: Safety is a major concern. Therefore:
Wear the identity card with the school uniform.
Pre-primary students must memorize their name, address, and phone number.
Written parental permission is required if a child must go to a different address after school.
To safeguard against kidnapping, parents should escort their wards to and from the school.

Medical Emergencies: First aid is provided immediately. If hospitalization is required, it may be done before informing parents. Expenses must be borne by the guardians.

Dismissal: The school reserves the right to dismiss a student for unsatisfactory academic progress or anti-social conduct.

Quarantine: A child exposed to or suffering from an infectious disease must complete quarantine and provide a medical fitness certificate before rejoining.

Physical Training: No child is exempted from games and physical training except for medical reasons.

Extra-Curriculars: It is imperative for a child to show a good record of participation in extra-curricular activities.

Birthdays: Celebrations like Birthday parties are not permitted in the school.

Food Restrictions: Food items containing meat and eggs (including cakes/pastries) are strictly prohibited.

Late Fine: Latecomers pay a fine of Rs. 2 (credited to Slum Welfare Fund). Habitual latecomers face disciplinary action.

Examinations: No retests are held. Unjustified absence results in loss of marks. Genuine cases (beyond control) may be considered for promotion by the Principal based on past records.

Holiday Extensions: Absence immediately before or after a holiday is viewed seriously and fined heavily.

Failures: If a student fails in a class twice, he/she will not be allowed to continue in the school.

Cash Payments: No cash payments should be made to anyone without a written request/demand from the Principal.
